A Cup of Excellence judge, he has contributed to global coffee competitions and coached Japan’s World Roasting Championship team multiple times.
In 2019, he co-founded Roast Design Coffee with his wife, Hitomi.
He manages green bean procurement, quality design, product development, and consulting.
